For most people the week starts on Monday, ends Friday and get to enjoy the weekends off. For me however the week, is basically today and it's always today. As a producer I'm always working on new projects, reading, learning, looking for inspiration, writing and then some. As an actor I always have my nose buried in a script and developing characters. I'm very particular with the projects I end up auditioning for. As fun as my industry is, I look to portray strong characters that my public will enjoy and be memorable.
I find most actors are hungry for whatever it's thrown at them, I remember those days when I too would throw everything at the walls to see what stuck, but those days are over. As my music and my art evolve I am selective, after all, If I am waking up in the morning to film, It is because I truly enjoy the project, I am mesmerized by the story and will educate and entertain. When I see projects out there that offer under SAG-AFTRA scale and sometimes even require partial or full nudity, I don't care to be a part of them.
As a producer of my own content thank God, I don't have to chase after opportunities, I build those doors myself. But that means a lot of work and daily preparation, except for Sundays when I take time for church, or any time my family needs me. I am always working and I love every second. Whenever I sign a contract and are working, I dedicate fully to see that the people I am working with Only get my full attention and the very, very, best of Yours truly, a very passionate artist, and because of You, because of Your love, help and support, The World's No.1 Superstar.
