FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
NORCO, CA —
On Saturday, March 14, 2026, Sidow Sobrino took to the pavement for a powerful cause, bringing international energy to the 15th Annual Lake Norconian 5K Run/Walk at Norco College. The acclaimed singer and actor joined a dedicated community of runners and walkers to champion transformative change throughout the Inland Empire.
The collaboration began when Dr. Martinez, Principal of Riverview Elementary, shared the initiative with Richard Sidow-Sobrino, husband of the "Disco Dancing" pop icon and a dedicated fourth-grade teacher at the educational institution. Recognizing the profound impact the event has on local students, both decided it was vital to participate beyond the spotlight and the classroom to ensure the success of the district’s youth.
