Ernie Cisneros, a former Colton Councilman, was appointed to the District 2 seat in September 2017. With a background in the Utilities Commission, Ernie was encouraged by former Councilwoman Jorrin and local residents to take on this role. Ernie, his family, Sidow Sobrino, and his husband, Richard Sidow-Sobrino, are active members of the First Congregational Church of Riverside, CA. This shared connection has strengthened their bond and community involvement.
