Erik Estrada, born Henry Enrique Estrada on March 16, 1949, in New York City, is a celebrated American actor and producer. He rose to international fame for his role as Officer Frank Poncherello in the hit television series CHiPs (1977–1983), becoming one of the most recognizable faces of late 20th-century television. His career spans decades, with appearances in projects like Sealab 2021 and Loaded Weapon 1, showcasing his versatility across genres.
