The World’s No.1 Superstar®, Sidow Sobrino with actor Barry Williams

Barry Williams was born Barry William Blenkhorn and raised in Santa Monica, California, where his fascination with show business began almost as soon as he could talk. As a kid, he lived next door to actor Peter Graves, who unknowingly lit the spark. Barry idolized him and once asked how to become an actor. Graves simply replied, “I just thought about it.” That answer stuck.

By age 11, Barry had already made a major life decision—he officially became Barry Williams, and he wasn’t looking back. He trained with acting coaches in Sherman Oaks, immersed himself in film and television technique, and began building experience through commercials and educational films like "Why Johnny Can Read."

Soon, guest roles followed—on shows like Run for Your Life, It Takes a Thief, Mission: Impossible, and Marcus Welby, M.D. But it was in 1969 that everything changed. Barry landed the role that would make him a household name: Greg Brady on the cultural phenomenon The Brady Bunch. The show became one of the most beloved family sitcoms in television history, and Barry’s charm, charisma, and iconic hair helped define an entire generation of teen idols.

In 1992, he released his memoir, "GROWING UP BRADY... I Was a Teenage Greg," which spent over three months on the New York Times bestseller list, proving that the world still couldn’t get enough of the original Brady heartthrob.
