Our Colleague, Actor Brad Pitt, has decided to stand in solidarity with Us during the SAG-AFTRA STRIKE

Brad Pitt, The Oscar-winning actor, proves that you are never too big to stand up for what's right when it comes to exploitative and unethical behavior against anyone! I just learned that our colleague is pausing the production of his upcoming Formula 1 racing movie. The film, titled "Apex," has been in full swing for several weeks, with Brad working tirelessly on the project for Apple TV+ in Hungary, a location outside the jurisdiction of the Hollywood Actors' Union.

Despite his involvement as the lead actor and producer, Brad has decided to stand in solidarity with fellow actors currently on strike with SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists). He has decided to suspend production on "Apex" to demonstrate his support until the strike is resolved.

According to a source close to the movie, Brad has agreed to complete the already scheduled shoots but has pushed back the planned production for the next two months. The cast and crew have been filming in Budapest, but Brad has requested the future shooting dates be delayed, in alignment with the striking individuals.

We can note that the choice to postpone the production was not easy, particularly considering the financial implications involved. However, it sets an example of character. Obviously, Brad values the concerns of his colleagues and collaborators, and he wants to show his genuine support for our cause.

Currently, the plan is to resume production for "Apex" in November, with the next scheduled shoots set to take place in Las Vegas. It is humbling to see this from our colleagues. They understand the true meaning of standing together against injustice. I am taking note. This is what I admire most about anyone, and it reinforces the way I live my life.  I can't wait to thank him in person and give him a great big hug.
